We do not have a shopping cart on our site, so each item must be purchased separately through PayPal, but for your convenience we will ship all items together. Thank you.

1. If you have a Paypal account then you can click the Paypal button and order from there.Order through Paypal, even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can safely use your credit card or bank account to order!!

2. Order by phone 207-206-6892, or   207-490-4954, and as soon as we receive payment we will send your order.

3. You can e-mail your order to us at mary@mjcjdiabeticjewelry.com and give us three details pertaining to what your ordering. All phone and e-mail orders will be shipped when payment is received.

3a. Size: 5-9 in. for bracelet and 12-20 in. for necklace. Pick your size (average bracelet size is about 7 in. and necklace size is 16 inches).

3b.Charm: w/ or w/ out charm or choose between Diabetic medical alert ID, butterfly, eagle, sand dollar, or starfish. The guitar pick diabetic medical alert pendants come in red, white, blue, and black pearl.

3c. If ordering the cloth bracelets, then you must tell us if you would like, a metal snap or velcro closure. 

You can request extra charms! 

Group orders are welcome.

All orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 3 pm or the next day if after that, with the exception of weekends and holidays. 

(Takes about 2-14 days for shipping. Extra cost for overnight shipping.)

All items are made to order. If you have a medical condition other than Diabetes, then let us know and we will make jewelry to fit your needs (Deaf, Epileptic, allergies, ect.) We don't add information like names or addresses on the jewelry. Our jewelry just states your condition.

The lead free pewter charm medical alert ID's can only come in Diabetic, no other medical condition. The guitar pick ID's are available for any medical condition.
